Savannahs offers a straightforward return process for all luxury items, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security tag remains attached to avoid rejection of your return.

  Attach the Label

  Print and securely attach the pre-paid DHL or UPS return shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop off your package at an authorized service point, then track your return status via our website.
